RESTAURANT ADANA GRILL — Restaurant in Toulouse

Today, I visited your establishment with my family and asked if we could order food. We were told that food is not available until 6:00 p.m., which we understood. However, the way this information was communicated was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee’s tone and attitude made us feel unwelcome and disrespected.

This experience was deeply disappointing, especially since we had been looking forward to dining there together. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and unfortunately, our visit left us with a very negative impression. Based on this encounter, I do not plan to return and will be sharing my experience with others.

Visited this restaurant for 2 evenings (23rd & 24th January 2024). Parking was NOT an issue at all, as there is a big space adjacent to this restaurant, where many businesses are located, so you can park your car if you do it properly. (My visits were during evening time, so probably that was also an advantage). The food was fairly good. (Keeping in mind, number of Halal options available in Toulouse). Prices are reasonable. Slight issue in communicating due to unfamiliarity of English Language by most of the staff. (During first evening, was lucky enough to have a member of staff, who knew English). On second evening ordered beaf sandwich, but got lamb sandwich instead (probably because of language barrier). Nice sitting and dinning area. Staff was very courteous. So i will mark my visits...

Une véritable catastrophe. Nous aurions dû faire demi-tour dès que nous avons senti l’odeur en entrant dans la salle. Malgré un bon accueil, l’ambiance laissait à désirer : la salle était bruyante, remplie d’enfants, avec une musique trop forte, rendant la conversation difficile. Le service, en revanche, était irréprochable, mais la cuisine était déplorable. Dès l’ouverture du menu, j’aurais dû partir : la carte était sale et pleine de taches que j’ai dû nettoyer moi-même.

Nous avons commandé des assiettes mixtes et une pizza à la viande hachée. La brochette de viande hachée était immangeable, les côtelettes passables, mais les brochettes de poulet n’étaient pas fraîches et le boulgour froid. La pizza a fini à la poubelle, totalement immangeable. Nous avons terminé avec un kunefe qui, heureusement, était bon. Cependant, le résultat de cette soirée : 115€ dépensés pour un repas médiocre et une intoxication alimentaire légendaire le lendemain.

En bref, nous nous sommes fait avoir comme des débutants. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce pseudo-restaurant. Merci aux propriétaires de s’abstenir de répondre, cela ne changera rien au fait que nous avons perdu une belle somme d’argent et que nous sommes tombés...
