Buffalo Grill Ploeren — Restaurant in Vannes

Well it’s a typical chain restaurant, atmosphere was decent, seemed pretty popular amongst the locals. The appetizer Mix Tapas Classic was ok, nothing special but tasty. The welcome salad was more like a salad shooter it was tasty and free. We thought it would be safe to order a steak considering it’s a Steakhouse. I asked for medium doneness and my husband requested well-done. It was the worst steak I have ever had, husband’s steak wasn’t as burnt as mine but it was still burnt. It was burnt so bad it was bitter. When I took my first bite I thought wow….thats a lot of gas on the meat and it was charred. The second bite was worst than the first bite. The meat was tough and when we finally turned it over after my husband tried it we could see why it tasted so bad, there was a thick crust of burnt meat. Like they hadn’t cleaned the grill before they put my steak on it and the heat was so high it burned the meat and seared all the other previously burnt meat and marinade that was stuck to the grill onto my 21€ steak. If I could give negative stars for taste I would. The server was nice but when I told him my steak was terrible he did nothing to remedy the terrible meal just asked me if I wanted more fries. Even though busy they made a space for mum as she was on crutches, ensuring she didn't have to wait.
