La Terrasse — Restaurant in Versailles

My family and I were in Versailles and wanted to go to dinner. However, parking was horrible, so we started driving thinking we’d find somewhere. Once we drove past La Terrasse, a Chinese restaurant and a pizza shop, we figured that since we’re in France, we should make sure we’re trying French food.

It was incredible!!!!!! The server didn’t speak perfect English, but it was a fun experience trying to figure out what everything was and we were all laughing as we fumbled our way through it. We ended up getting an appetizer of ham and melon which was very good and our entrees of steak. It was the best cooked and seasoned steak I have ever had. Blew my mind!

So the next night, we took more of our family there, and had the same appetizer but pork chops for the entree. Again, incredible. Pork can easily become too dry when cooked but it was perfectly done.

If i am in Paris as now, i visit La Terrasse and owner Ahmet everytime. It is small but perfect restaurant. What you are looking for ? Ultra fresh and delicious meals, so you are in right place.
