Stopped here for lunch whilst visiting Vire. The lovely lady made us very welcome, the dog as well! The menu was explained clearly. Two courses for 13.50 Euros and three courses for 16.50 Euros. The drinks were very reasonable and good. The food was all made on the premises. We both had the terrine to start. Mrs B had the ham with cider sauce and I went for the beef with brown sauce. Both very delicious. I finished off with a crème brûlée. Couldn’t have been happier with the surroundings, service or food. Thank you.

Great brasserie with a very reasonably priced menu - 13.50 for starter+main or main+dessert. We had the croque monsieur, ham with cider sauce and apple and chocolate mousse dessert - delicious. Exactly what we wanted and the service was outstanding.

Je ne vous recommande pas d'aller manger chez Le Guillaume Tell ! C'est obligatoire de s'y arrêter pour goûter aux délicieux petits mets du chef qui sont d'une variété débordante chaque jour/semaine et très fine. Le service est quali pour sa rapidité, très chaleureux, bienveillant aux petits soins de la clientèle dans une ambiance conviviale. Ce fut une belle découverte pour moi grâce à mon mari. Le ++ : Du fait maison avec les produits du terroir : le cidre, le pavé de Vire, le Calvados, les tripes, glace artisanale et fromage blanc de la ferme etc. Une pépite en tout point! 👌
