McDonald's Batumi Grand Mall — Restaurant in Batumi

Extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s Batumi (Grand Mall). Not only was the delivery painfully slow, but the payment was instantly deducted from my card — no delays there, of course. What’s worse, there seems to be no responsible support team to assist when something goes wrong.

The courier was shockingly rude, shouting on the phone even after I clearly provided detailed directions word-for-word. After waiting over an hour, I still had to go downstairs myself to meet them — and instead of an apology, I was met with aggression.

Absolutely unacceptable service. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. McDonald’s should seriously reconsider the standards of both their delivery process and the behavior of couriers associated with...

Interior and menu match other McDonald's locations. Assortment is standard - no surprises. Hidden gems? You’ll need to dig into the menu sections to spot the tasty deals. Service feels more local than corporate - a Batumi touch.

We order a burger, a french fries and a coke. The burger and the fries were not hot, but just warm. Plus the taste was so so. The fries container and the coke glass we’re not full. And we didn’t even have a welcome or a smile. Really poor and cheap service. The delivery was fast though. I hope they have better McDonald’s in Georgia. It seems that they don’t have the same standards...
