08 September 2024 - an update. I was here many times before, and I brought a lot of my friends in here. Below is my advice to my readers: 1. Don't visit this location, no service at all !!! 2. The unknown guy in a red t-shirt sells the best seats and screams when a guest doesn't want to leave. Afterwards that guy just ran away to avoid further discussion) 3. The manager firstly said that they don't know who this guy is , and later on that this guy works more than 20 years with them. What??? 4. The unknown guy said that in Georgia everyone must speak the Georgian language. Wow! Really?? Reminds me of something..... 5. Where is the famous Georgian hospitality??? Only in movies... 6. Dirty floor, and dirty kitchen. In my opinion the dirtiest location among locals 7. Avoid this place, just avoid, if you want to have a good mood, and a nice food . There are many others next to it with better service, food, and atmosphere, for sure! I promise!

Never come to this Sea Star restaurant. We bought sea food and fish and brought to this restaurant as someone guided us here and recommended. Later it is clear he takes money from restaurant for his guidance. They cooked the sea food and fish and served to us. Fish was very salty my wife could not eat it. We order assorted salad and they brought only a bunch of parsley with stems, without lemon or anything else. Humus we ordered was a disaster. They added extra 25 Gel as service and 15 Gel for cheese we did not order, corrected after our warning. Totally we paid 124 Gel for cooking, salad and beverages. It is not worth even 10% of it. We were bothered by couple of jetskieres around the restaurant splashing water around.

We were brought to the restaurant from the fish market- as what happens to most tourists- but we had a positive experience. The menu prices for the fish are reasonable but it’s better to buy your fish from the market. They will cook it for you for 6 Lari per fish We chose sea bass and it was cooked beautifully. We really enjoyed it. I felt the sides however were overpriced. We ordered fries but the portion was very small. Beer was reasonable It’s a lovely location right on the Black Sea. Nice at sunset. I also wanted to comment on our server Tornke. He was new to the job but did an excellent job and was very attentive to our needs. He wasn’t nervous to speak with us in English Highly recommend the experience
