We went to this restaurant because it’s in a great spot, but we were very disappointed with the following aspects: Service is horrible; we ordered 1 liter of NATURAL orange juice, thinking it was freshly squeezed, when we learned it wasn’t, after trying it, we tried to return it but to no success, we tried talking to the manager, saying we didn’t like it, but nothing worked, not even replacing the juice with a different juice. It’s important to say that while we were having a bad experience because of the bad service, the waiter and manager were spotted laughing care free while customers were not happy (Also: we had to beg for ice and for extra plates, we ordered mineral water and it was warm, no one told us about the ketchup being 3 lari, and to wrap things up, we had to pay 15% service fee when it is not even a thing in Georgia, not to mention it was far from deserved). Food is average, can definitely get much better food for much lower prices elsewhere. Will never...
Read moreFood was good but everything else is TERRIBLE. Me and my boyfriend had to go look for a waitress twice as no one would come to serve us. We could see them at the counter laughing and talking to each other but no one bothered to come to our table. The food comes out very slowly and they bring one plate at a time. We asked to pack some left over food that we did not finish and they said that for that there would be a 5 GEL charge, which is ridiculous, we refused to pay the service charge as there is no service at all and the manager ( which should be fired as she’s clearly in the wrong business and does not know how to treat costumers) had the audacity to tell us “do you cook the food and bring it to the table?” unacceptable and unprofessional, don’t go there if you want to be treated with respect. I would give one star but the food was good or at least...
Read moreWe had lunch at Red Wine three times during our stay in Gudauri, and each visit left us satisfied. The food was consistently tasty, with generous portions that were perfect after a day on the slopes. While it’s not a fancy restaurant, it offers a pleasant and practical option for skiers looking for a good meal during the day. One of its biggest advantages is the fair pricing—significantly better than the nearby restaurants just a few meters closer to the ski lifts. The only downside was the staff, who could be more friendly and customer-oriented. Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying and reasonably priced...
