Fire Wok Saburtalo — Restaurant in Tbilisi

My recent visit to the fire wok restaurant left me extremely disappointed due to the behavior of the girl behind the counter. The girl handling our order displayed impatience and aggression when we needed a moment to choose a sauce for our noodles. Her attitude was far from accommodating.

To add to the frustration, we were told it would take 25 minutes for our order, but this information came only after we had placed it. It would have been much more courteous for them to inform us of the expected wait time before taking our order. When we raised this concern, the response we received was dismissive and defensive, which only further soured the experience.

What's truly disappointing is that the overall hospitality at the restaurant was just horrible. As COSTUMERS, we expect a basic level of respect and kindness, which was sorely lacking during our visit.

It's crucial for any establishment to prioritize good customer service, and in this regard, fire wok restaurant fell significantly short of the mark. I hope they take this feedback and make the necessary improvements to provide a more pleasant dining...

The cashier girl was very rude. She told me after she took my order that both cooks are taking lunch break and they will start preparing my food after their lunch break, which was around 20 min later! Outrageously incompetent people. And when I told her that she should warn me that that are taking break before I ordered , so maybe I would have a choice of not staying at all , and also both cooks should not be on break same time while the place claims to be open. she made it sound like I’m the bad person and don’t care if hard working people will eat!!! And after that she told the cook boy in front of me come here and start cooking for this one here please so she will leave us alone ! All in front of me ! I hope owner of that business reads this, because that girl is the reason of such low ratings . I shunt even mention how mushy the noodles were . The most horrible...

The place and ambience is okay-ish. The noodles and the food quality ( the ingredients) seemed fine. BUT the food lacks taste. I ordered the spiciest noodles and they were not at all spicy, on top of that they were sweet. The place has some red oily thing which they say will help making the food spicy, but it is just some coloured oil with smoky flavour and no spice. The staff was polite and obedient, quite helpful too. The only problem is with the taste of food, which is very important. You'll definitely feel the noodles or rice at their spiciest option, still sweet and not spicy (especially if you are asian or middle eastern) it is such a big turnoff. I would not recommend visiting the place rather just order or eat at yakudza, that place has proper spice and taste to their food. Very disappointed, only because of the lack of spice and taste...
