I had an unsatisfactory experience with the bank’s services. The staff seemed disorganized, and weren’t aware of how to access student database to register us into the student discount scheme. I also found the communication unclear when trying to resolve a simple issue. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Would not recommend for efficient banking needs.
