I recently visited Rossi Kaffe in Amberg, hoping to enjoy a delightful coffee in a beautifully designed space. While the ambiance and decor of the cafe are truly breathtaking, my experience was completely marred by the terrible service.

The waitress assigned to our table was beyond rude and unhelpful. Every time we tried to ask about the menu, she walked away pretending to be busy, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. She didn’t give us any time to decide on our orders and seemed more interested in avoiding us than actually doing her job.

Despite the stunning surroundings, the service was so bad that it ruined the entire visit. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Such a shame for a place with so much potential! Avoid this cafe if you value...

Inmitten von drei außergewöhnlichsten Aussenfassaden von Ambergs Innenstadt, findet man das das nette Cafe ROSSI. Hier wird man nicht nur sehr nett und persönlich empfangen und bedient, sondern da finden auch manchmal so richtige Kleinkunstauftritte wie z.B. kürzlich mit dem "Vilswanderer" mit; "Steffi und Güni" , statt. Nochmals auch zurück zu der ganz ungewöhnlichen Aussenfassade (auch Nachts sehr einladend beleuchtet), wurde im Mittelalter die Aussenwand von unten nach oben um fast 30cm nach innen hochgezogen, damit ein Einsturz bei einem nicht so tragbaren Untergrund nicht möglich werden konnte.
