McDonald's — Restaurant in Aschaffenburg

I was a long time McDonald's fan ,but today will be the last time I will go to one unless it's the only thing around. Compared to Burger King they are way too over priced. Plus burger king has an app that has some good deals and there is no limit to how many coupons you cash in. McDonald's on the other hand limits you to one per order which blows if you're ordering for your family. The manager at this restaurant came over and straight up said it doesn't work like that. So in stead of making 50€ in one go they turned us away. Food was standard mcdonalds yum. However the cashier staff working around 21:30-22:00, 04.10.20? Are you smoking dope? Arrived and said we wanted to eat in, which was followed by the one gentleman, without a single word of explanation fumbling over the covid-19 related registration sheets for a good 5 minutes infront of us as though he had never seen them, and started bickering with the you g lady on shift with him. The young lady in the mean time was more occupied with the two friends visiting her, at least 10 minutes later we were finally able to MAKE our order. (We were the only customers besides the “friends” at this stage). Come on guys, you work in the hospitality industry, show it....

Ich bin ca alle 2-3 Monate hier und sehr häufig werde ich vom Service enttäuscht. Diesmal war es allerdings sehr ausgeprägt. Ich stehe gefühlte 5 min. am mc Cafe und die crew steht gemeinsam auf der anderen Seite und spaßt herum. Ich versuche Blickkontakt aufzunehmen, aber niemand reagiert. An der Theke stand keine Kundschaft. Erst als ich mich an die Theke/Kasse stelle und "Hallo" rufe, schaut mich ein Mitarbeiter an und fragt mich aus der Entfernung ob ich etwas bestellen will !? Er nimmt meine Bestellung (1 St. Kuchen +1 Cappuchino) auf, kann aber an dieser Kasse nur den Kaffee abrechnen, den Kuchen an der anderen Theke ? Er wirkte überdreht und unkonzentriert, was sich darin auch bestätigte, dass er mir 1 € zu wenig raus gab. Sein Kommentar war Schulterzuckend "na ja" und lief zum Kaffee. Ich fragte nach dem Euro und er antwortete nur, dass er mir das mit dem Kaffee verrechnen würde. Ich fragte ihn interessehalber ob er nicht Probleme bei der Abrechnung hätte. Er winkte nur ab. Den Euro hat er mir wirklich verrechnet, den Cent Rückgeld von meinem Kuchen (2,99€) hat er aber in der Kasse vergessen. Ich habe überrascht darüber gewitzelt, aber er reagierte gar nicht darauf. Nein, es geht mir nicht um 1 Cent, sondern um den Umgang mit Kunden. Mit meinem Kuchen habe ich mich an den Tisch gesetzt. Er brachte mir den Cappuchino im Pappbecher. Ich bat ihn darum, den Cappuchino in eine Tasse umzufüllen. Dies tat er auch und ich habe ohne Untertasse, ohne Löffel, ohne Zucker meine Tasse hingestellt bekommen. Ich habe es total baff hingenommen und gesagt, ob man an Geschirr sparen muss. Er ging einfach zu seinen Kollegen und hatte wieder seinen Spaß. Ich weiß nicht, was ich...
