Another gem at the “Southern Vine Route” and there are not so many high quality restaurants in the region..☝️.

The two sisters (one is the chef and the other head of service) doing an exceptional job: In this monthly menue a fusion of Latin America food German ingredients (e.g. tacos with sauerkraut and pulled pork) and as an intermediate course and as the main “Teres major steak” with white asparagus (slightly grilled). By the way we took the 4 course meal and it was a very wise decision...😋

Viaje desde Guatemala a esta región de Alemania en donde todos los pueblos son bien pintorescos y su cultura gira alrededor del vino. Me recomendaron este restaurante en Klingenmünster, especialmente porque hablan español e inglés, y la verdad que la comida supera las expectativas. El restaurante tiene un ambiente agradable y lo mejor de todo la iluminación que lo ayuda a uno a estar relajado y disfrutando. En cuanto a la comida todos los meses cambian los platos principales, lo cual me pareció creativo, en este caso pedimos una serie de platos que incluía ensalada, plato fuerte (podía escoger entre lomito y pescado) y por último un postre delicioso de pera y helado. En cuanto a bebidas encontrarán vinos y cervezas únicamente de la región para que puedan disfrutar de la producción local.
