Big plus: they have vegan options on their menu! The burger, the potatoes and kurki (mushrooms) and fried corgettes were delicious, however their couscous I would not recommend. Couscous is one of my favourite food choices and I like it fluffy and fresh, just as it is served in North African countries. Here it was sticky and I guess it was just heated up in the microwave instead of preparing it fresh which makes all the difference. So I left most of it on the plate. Drinks: we had home made apple juice and grape juice which was simply fantastic! The place itself has a great atmosphere and the stair case reminds me of some natural buildings (I like that style very much!) So it's a great place for meeting up and chat along. Another downside: you can pay cash or with a german bank card only, they won't accept international debit or credit cards (at least that's what they said to me when I asked) so be prepared and bring enough cash with you! :) Overall definitely...

Having been in the area before and visited once before it only felt right to make a return. Delicious local wines with a fantastic decorated outside seating area. Offering wonderful views of the surrounding hills, whilst seated at comfortable tables with an option of a sun umbrella to shield yourself from the sun. The staff are very friendly, with generous amounts of wine for a respectable price. Have not eaten here yet so cannot yet comment on the food available....

Das Haus wurde wahrscheinlich schon aus allen Winkeln abgelichtet. Ist zwar etwas verblasst, aber immer noch ein Blickfang. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man sehr schön. Es sind ausreichend dicke(!) Kissen vorhanden und kuschelige Decken für die Beine. Der Blick in die Weinberge ist toll.

Die Kartoffelsuppe mit Lachs hat mir extrem gut geschmeckt. Sämig und der (geräucherte?) Lachs als Gegenspieler. Werde ich zuhause auch mal probieren. Der Begleitung haben die Spinatknödel mit Blauschimmelkäse- Sauce auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Schnitzel habe ich auf der Karte nicht mehr gefunden, aber mangels Hunger auch nicht danach gefragt. Ich glaube aber, dass das Gros der Gäste nicht wegen des Essens kommt. Wenn doch, einfach vorher anfragen.

Tja, Selbstbedienng; aber wenns nicht mehr anders geht... Ich war froh, dass ich nur 3 Teile auf dem Tablett hatte, vor allem, wenn man ganz nach hinten muss :-) Das Essen wird aber gebracht.

Natürlich wurde auch Wein und Marmelade aus dem Verkauf eingepackt. Wo man schonmal da ist.

Ja, die Holztische und Bänke draußen könnten mal überholt werden. Vielleicht nach dem Winter; halten dann auch länger. Aber nichts, was mich von einem Besuch abhalten würde.

Ausreichend Parkplätze unter- und oberhalb vorhanden. Hab mich daher dann doch noch für 5 Sterne...
