Disappointing Service and Hostile Response to Feedback

We were seated promptly upon arrival, but unfortunately, the service quickly took a turn for the worse. When we asked our server for recommendations from the food or drink menu, they were unable to offer any guidance. One member of our group ordered a Rhubarb Spritz, to which the server responded by saying it was a “strange choice” — an unprofessional and off-putting comment.

A little later, the server returned, and we once again asked for suggestions. This time, they remarked that the pork souvlaki was "nothing special" and instead recommended only the most expensive dishes on the menu. Overall, the service felt indifferent at best, and certainly not welcoming.

As customers, we didn’t feel comfortable or valued, and ultimately chose to leave the restaurant without placing an order.

Afterwards, a friend left a review on Google describing our experience. Shockingly, the restaurant responded by threatening legal action for defamation, which led to the review being removed. This kind of response is deeply concerning and not in line with respectful treatment of customers or freedom to share genuine experiences.

Needless to say, I cannot recommend this restaurant — not just due to the poor service, but also because of their unacceptable approach to...

Saddly a very bad experience, the service was awful the waiter kept doing inappropriate comments...When we arived didn't great, rudely offered to wait and then to sit, then he made a mistake in the drink order and implied it was our fault.... At the end he asked how the food was, when we told him that the food wasn't great ( the gambas and the meat were quite overcooked) he checked our plates and saids " seems they were alright" , since we ate moste of it. Juste incredibly rude from start to finish, i mean the food wasn't that bad but the service was the worst i had in years, maybe even in my life, made this whole experience a nightmare. Never again. That guy should never...

Tasty and unique food combinations. Some of the Gyro combos are actually plates (Teller) so lack flat bread or rice. My food was fresh and tasty, my wife ordered a unique egg plant ( Aubergine) salad which was the last thing served. It was also tasty. My ordered had an additional salad added , which I ate and paid for. Service was prompt in sitting , placing order and making payment upon request. Most German restaurants don't automatically bring your bill, they don't wish to appear to be asking you to leave. So one must initiate this by saying " die Rechnung, Bitte" or "Bezahlen Bitte."
