Eine sehr schöne Location, muss man sagen, ein ebenerdiges Restaurant, griabig, gemütlich, der Blick in die Schau-Brauerei aus der ein direkter Kanal zum Ausschank führt, oder hinaus auf die Straße, da man die Autofahrer bedauern, die gerade nicht in den Genuss kommen, die feine Küche zu kosten. Selbst eine kleine Terrasse gibt es. Das Essen ist super, Tölzer Sushi - eine geniale Idee, ausgesprochen lecker. Muss man probieren. Und die Schnitzel sind der Hammer. Ich bestelle immer die „kleine Portion“ und bin damit ausreichend bedient. Apropos Bedienung, ein großes Lob, professionell und stets freundlich. Und die Chefs, Claus beherrscht die Küche und Tino den Keller. Kommen wir zu diesem, ein wunderschönes Gewölbe mit einer wahrlich gut bestückten Bar und einem hervorragend ausgebildeten Barkeeper - der auch vor Sonderwünschen nicht Halt macht. Wer sich noch an das Kellners in der Nockhergasse erinnert, der fühlt sich im Keller des Gasthauses gleich zuhause. Ein durchgängig stimmiges Konzept.
