Balli Holzkohlegrill Restaurant — Restaurant in Berlin

Personally, the chicken burger they serve is the best burger I’ve ever had. I lived in Berlin for six months and came to this restaurant often for their döner or burgers. Now, every time I visit Berlin, I make sure to come here at least once. The staff is always kind and polite. I usually try to order in German, and I feel like they genuinely appreciate the effort. On my last visit, the lady from the kitchen even brought us a tea, which I really appreciated since we were both sick, it was such a sweet and welcoming gesture. In my opinion, this place deserves way more attention. The crispy chicken burger costs only €6, and compared to a basic McDonald’s burger for the same price, it’s a thousand times better.

Had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I would not recommend eating here. The beef patty was raw, and when i showed the waiter he just said 'oh sorry' and took my plate to the kitchen and did nothing to resolve it. No replacement meal or refund was given, I When we ordered the meal at the counter they got us to pay for just one meal at the start but not the other which we thought was strange. Upon leaving when we went to pay for the remaining meal we had the staff member at the till try to charge us again for both meals. When we tried to explain we had already paid for one meal he started to yell at us and other staff came out to challenge us also which was very uncomfortable and...

Der Laden an sich macht einen guten Eindruck und sieht gemühtlich aus, aber ich habe Döner zum mitnehmen bestellt und musste zusehen wie er Rohes Fleisch komplett geschnitten hat und dachte mir der wird mir das bestimmt nicht geben, denn wer isst denn sowas bitte. Der Dönerspieß war Komplett Roh, weiß und ungebraten. Und dann sehe ich wie er es mir in den Döner reintut. Ok wenn ich ihn jetzt etwas sage werden wir uns streiten das weiss ich ganz genau der wird dann sagen du hast mich nicht zu sagen wie ich arbeite und so bla bla solche typen kenne ich nur zu gut. Egal ich habe die Döner dann genommen und habe nur 2 mal daran beißen können und mehr nicht, ich dachte ich habe gummi im mund und kaue darauf. Ich habe gesehn das er an diesen Rohen Spieß weiter geschnitten hat und weiss ganz genau das nach mir die 2 Personen auch dieses Rohe Fleisch bekommen haben. Tja das wars in so ein Laden geh ich nie wieder hin, ich wollte auch mal in eine andere Filliale von Balli gehen vorallem Tempelhof aber ne lass mal brauch nicht mehr, mir wird schon Übel wenn ich wieder an gestern denke.
