Nice place but really small inside there are just a few tables, and there some spots outside but in winter it is not warm enough we were freezing, they do not receive payment by card so we had to go out and try to get cash, but was not possible so at the end they recived the card and we could pay, that should change, we are in a era that people have credit/debit card. I ordered carpaccio I think is for specific taste I didn't like it but look good though, I recommend the soup 😋 and also the fish was a great dish.

I had Strudel and Baked Potato here, both of them were really great. I’m not a Native German speaker but the Owner (I suppose) was really patient and helpful for me to decide on the meal. Really good food, the Strudel with Cream is a must try thing. The location is quite near to the Schlachtensee lake, and you can come here and chill out with friends and have some Beverages and Meals.

Fantastic atmosphere and delicious, fresh food, a true gem for this neighborhood! The price point is just right for the quality and lovely experience this little place offers. Stop by for their Oyster Special, very fresh and served with delicious sauces, every last Saturday for a truly classy experience.

Spotted the lovely street this place is on from the S Bahn S1 on way back to Berlin. Pleased I jumped off and found this place. I had the Hirschragout. Shame I didn’t take a picture but it looked and tasted superb. Tender venison. The cranberry was delicious. The service was lovely. A charming young lady was looking after her guests superbly and she apologised for not accepting non German debit cards. Not a problem as there is an ATM two doors up but bring cash if you’re a tourist. I wish I had room for a dessert. I’ll come back here. I felt very much at home inside the small...

One star for the service and thus, the overall rating. The reason is that aggressively demanding tips is not ok. Actually it's rather unprofessional. The place is cash only, the waitress today took a note of 20 euros against a bill of 13,60 (not yet registered with the cash machine), and then, out of the blue, asked: "How much can I keep?"

This is not how it works, lady: you give the full change without asking questions, and then it's up to us, the paying customers, to decide if we want to tip you. I requested to get 5 euros back, but I will not...
