I ordered through uber eats buy1get1. That employee seriously needs a crash course in basic promotions math. If the restaurant offers Buy One Get One Free, and you buy one, you're entitled to get one free. that's literally the deal. Saying you're "eating free food" like you're doing something wrong? No. You're just..redeeming the offer. That’s like accusing someone of "stealing" during a sale. Lol.Absolute nonsense.

am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service my friends and I received at your restaurant in Berlin. On 30.07.2024 , four of us visited with the expectation of enjoying a pleasant meal. Unfortunately, we were met with disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from your staff.

The conduct of your team was far below acceptable standards. They did not treat us with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should expect. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I feel compelled to share that it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve encountered.

Last night I was very hungry, even I didn’t had my lunch, I decided to order food from this restaurant by Uber eats. I placed the order at 23:09 and it was showing that order will be delivered till 23:55 , but not arrived, I called them they said just 15 minutes later It was showing till 00:15 and again I called them but the same wording please wait 10 minutes then it was 00:30. I decided to go to bed and thought that when driver will come. He will ring the bell or call me. But unfortunately I didn’t receive my food.
