I recently had the pleasure of dining at Der Everest Restaurant, and it was a memorable experience that beautifully blended warm hospitality with authentic Himalayan and South Asian flavors.

The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with tasteful décor that gave a subtle nod to Nepali and Indian culture. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease—perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.

The menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. I particularly enjoyed the momo dumplings—soft on the outside with a perfectly spiced filling. The chicken tikka masala was another standout, rich and aromatic with just the right amount of heat. Paired with fluffy basmati rice and garlic naan, it was a truly satisfying meal.

Service was attentive without being overbearing. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations based on our preferences. The food arrived promptly, and we never felt rushed.

A family dinner at Der Everest was an absolute treat! The place is wonderful for a family gathering because it offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes everyone feel right at home. What really stood out was the food. The menu had something for everyone, from my parents who love traditional dishes to my younger cousins who were excited to try something new. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The Momo were a huge hit, perfectly steamed and juicy, and the Chicken Curry was rich and aromatic. The staff also deserves a special mention. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Nice indo Nepalese dining in turmstrasse Berlin.....would be a 10 mins walk from turmstrasse u bahn. If you don't want to walk then take bus 123 from turmstrasse and get down at wilsnacker strasse, cross the road and walk 2 mins backwards and thr u r.

I went alone so ordered less , chilly paneer, bhatura. They offer rice and salad with them. It was nice and tasty. Would definitely like to go again and try some more. I also tasted the nepali chai and it was awesome.

The hosts are very warm and they also offered me a free shot. The ambience is good, the place is spacious with nice interiors, big washroom.

Usually prices are high at Indian restaurant however I found them fair here.

I would be a regular to this place now as its definitely better than many Indian restaurant's in Berlin.
