We showed up to this restaurant solely because of its high ratings, and I would it lives up to its reputation. I went at 8 pm and didn't have a reservation, so I wasn't expecting much but I was lucky to be seated on the last available table. I noticed that they have a wide variety of wine, and many Italian classic food in addition to the restaurant's own creations. For starters we ordered a classic vitello tonnato, it was one of the best I tried in Berlin at least then I decided to order a special pasta from their menu, which had duck and mushrooms, which to be honest is a bit strange to be served at an authentic Italian restaurant, however it was very tasty. My wife ordered a buffala Mozzarella pizza and was satisfied with it. For dessert we ordered Sicilian cannoli stuffed with chocolate and pistachio cream. The waitresses were very friendly and quick with the orders despite the restaurant being super full. When I ordered the pasta, they served me a wrong one in the beginning, then the main chef came and apologized himself and struck a conversation with us and of course replaced the wrong order with the correct one, I found this very professional and nice of him. This restaurant definitely deserves a 5 stars from my side, I will be coming back!

Long story short - we waited for good pizza 🍕 about 40 mins and this seems to be absolutely normal for this restaurant. 😐 You can pay by card here. 🙂💳 Service: 3/5 Taste: 4.5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Price: 4.5/5 I would call this experience quite mixed up. One side of the medal is that they have really good pizza 🍕, another one - we waited about 40 mins to receive it. 🙄 Moreover, another one visitor sat next to us received his pretty simple salad only after about 40 mins as well.🤷‍♂️ During all our visit I had this light feeling of suspect, that doing so they are trying to sell us a bit more drinks. 🍺🍷And in the end they made it even stronger when they asked would we like another pair of drinks just after we had asked for a bill. 🧾 Would I visit this place one more time? M.b. To have another one pizza, but in this case I would definitely have this 40 mins waiting time in my time-schedule. ⌚

Ridiculous service, rude staff. We came with a kid and have to wait for our order for more than 1 hour. Never come here, there are lots of good restaurants in the area. UPDATED: as far as I cant leave after owner's reply I'd write it down here: dear Mario, you can write any nonsense about me and my family, but what should be notable for your potential customers is the fact that you didn't address initial problem in your reply. I'm afraid you'll see even worse things in your restaurant if you'll treat families with children like that in the future – totally ignoring them for more than an hour and not even proposing to refresh drinks or take away empty glasses from the table. I have been to southern Italy and I just cannot imagine an attitude to the guests like you and your personal have shown. I understand that you want to compensate your COVID financial losses by putting as much tables on the street as you can, but doing so when you simply can't cook and serve enough food is irresponsible and will result in the same cases as ours. Maybe you'll understand that the greed is not the best quality for such a business owner. P.S. My wife didn't take 3 remaining slices of pizza in a doggy bag, stop lying finally. We had to take it in a paper napkin, and we did so because we had to feed our child and at the same time it was too late to stay at your place after 1.10 hours of waiting and then 10...

We are new in Berlin and we wanted to try pasta at this place as reviews were amazing but it's sad to even think of the experience we had here. First of all we were said there are no seats left by a guy staff. Within 2 mins another person came and gave us the seat. When pasta arrived it tasted different to us. It was very dry and with no veggies or sauce. We asked for extra veggies but were not available. We asked for takeaway so that I can add veggies as per our taste at home. I was very friendly to the staff but this guy staff who initially refused to give us seat passed very mean comments. He clearly said that "when you guys walked in In first glance I knew we will have problems with you". I mean who judges you at first look and have negative thoughts that there will be a problem. I felt he was being racist. Very sure we will not visit or recommend this place to anyone since the situation could be handled respectfully but he was very loud. This was embarrassing and we were literally shocked.

In any way we did not want to argue much so we just...
