Kiez Kaffee Kraft — Restaurant in Berlin

I'm very happy there's finally more cafés in Pankow. I would like to go to this one more often, but there's a couple of things that prevent me from it. For such high prices the service is really bad (not to say rude), baristas don't smile, no nice small talk, they seem totally ininterested in clients. Super slow service. The place inside isn't cozy, people queue just right to my table. It's more a feeling of a fast food restaurant, not an expensive cafe. Though it's nice outside, but the half of the year is cold to sit there! Some random (big!) dogs are running around the room without a line, it is very stressfull and not hygienic. The choice of food is super poor. Though what is provided...

Love this place. Depending what time you are there you see different ppl, the techies with their laptops in the morning, mommies and their kids in the afternoon, elderly girlfriends and couples for noon :) Due to the field obviously many dogs and their owners coming in for coffee. Such a colorful mix of ppl everyday sitting together and the kids and dogs running around in the field :) Prices are ok and the service is nice. Only Sunday & Saturday afternoon always lack of cake and croissants due to the large amount...

The café is good, but it really depends on who makes your coffee. I’ve had excellent coffee there, but also very bad coffee several times. Twice I even went to have it replaced because it was simply undrinkable, and they didn’t apologize, instead I saw them rolling their eyes.
