Citizen Park Pankow — Attraction in Berlin

I come here quite often, usually during my lunch break for a light walk with colleagues. It’s a peaceful place and a nice way to step away from the desk for a bit. The park isn’t as large as others in Berlin, but it still feels open and never too crowded.

There’s a small area with goats and sheep, which adds a bit of charm to the walk, especially if you bring kids. Spring is especially nice, with calm streams and fresh green surroundings and flowers. One of my favourite parks in the world not just because it’s close to my home but since it always leaves with me such peace and warmth eveytime I visit.

Whatever season it is, Burgerpark always have something to offer but the best time to visit is of course in Spring and Summer. The biergarten and restaurant provides really good food options that many times we have had Sunday brunch or lunch in the park.
