Das erste und letzte Mal war ich mit meiner Familie an diesem Ort, wo Täuschung herrscht. Am Eingang fragte ich den Mann, 23,90 Euro pro Person? von 17:00 bis 22:00 Uhr? Die Antwort war ja. Als wir bereits Platz genommen hatten, fragte ich den Kellner noch einmal zum gleichen Thema und die Antwort war „Ja“. Wir kamen um 17:20 Uhr an diesem Ort an. Die Arbeiter kamen um 18:40 Uhr zu uns und sagten uns, dass wir um 18:50 Uhr gehen müssten. wir waren schockiert! weil wir getäuscht wurden! Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle in 10 Minuten gehen. Unser Baby ist gerade aufgewacht und hat angefangen zu essen. Das hungrige und weinende Kind musste weggebracht werden. Meinem kleinen Kind wurde gesagt, es solle gehen! Ist es angenehm, Frauen und Kinder zu täuschen, die zum ersten Mal hier sind? Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir einfach getäuscht und um unser Geld betrogen wurden. Ich war enttäuscht! Wir hatten eine Informationsbroschüre und sie lag da. Information, dass der Grill am Wochenende von 17:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Es gab keine Informationen über zweistündiges Gehen ohne Sitzen. Мороженое мне понравилось, но лучше сходить в специальное кафе. И мне даже не дали чек после оплаты. Столовые приборы грязные. Суши ужасные. я и моя семья. Мы не рекомендуем это ужасное место. За такие большие деньги можно сходить в хорошее заведение с приятной атмосферой и люди будут адекватными!!!! И гнать никто не будет через полтора часа! Очень дорого и мало времени. Не стоит туда ходить и тем более с детьми! Нет места для детей....

Food was okay, but we had a very weird experience.

After we finished eating, we informed the waiter that we'd like to pay by card. The waiter showed us the amount of 42.80 euros on the card payment machine without saying anything. Thinking that this is the food + drink amount, we added some tip on top of it, and paid it with card and asked for the invoice.

We were surprised when we saw the invoice! The invoice had only 40.80 euros on it. We asked the waiter why were we shown 42.80 on the card payment machine and he said "It's the tip for staff"! He did not ask us or inform us but silently added it on the card payment machine. This is unethical!

To summarise: The waiter added the tip amount of 2 euros in the final bill without asking or informing us. This is unethical practice. We did not escalate the issue since it was just 2 euros. But I wonder if they do this to how many other...
