Meshur Köftehaus — Restaurant in Berlin

One of the worst experiences with them. Had to wait 2hours to get delivered. I called them 3 times and they told me to wait just 5mins and it came 2 hours later. The last time the guy was singing a song for me to wait. Totally disrespectful and drinks was missing. The food came was cold, fries is cold and bread for the sandwich is very sloggy. I just don’t understand these people. Really the food came i was not able to eat it and these people have no idea about a good service. I will never recommend this restaurant for delivery. Although couple of times i had from there it was good but this time i wont recommend...

Ich möchte, dass diese Kritik helfen soll, um sich selbst zu verbessern und gegebenenfalls mehr Erfolge zu erzielen: Ich habe öfter bei euch Köfte in Fladenbrot gegessen. Das Produkt Köfte schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Die Salate sind frisch. Daher würde ich für das Produkt, weil es wirklich zu wenig Köfte hat, von 5 nur 4 Sterne vergeben. Nun komme ich zu meiner eigentlichen Kritik: Bitte, liebe Leute, offenbar läuft euer Laden sehr gut, weil ihr gute Produkte habt. Aber bitte legt mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit. Eure Möbel sind alt und kleben. Eure Salz- und Pfefferstreuer sind ebenfalls dreckig. Bitte achtet auf eure Gläser, die müssen besser gespült werden. Eure Bilder im Internet sind nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmend. Insgesamt ist die Theke okay, aber wo die Bar ist, wirkt es wie eine Bruchlandung. Stühle und Tische sind so alt. Dass sie alt sind, ist kein Problem, dafür sollte es bitte sauber sein. Eine frische Farbe im Laden würde auch einen insgesamt besseren Eindruck vermitteln. Ich würde ein Wochenende den Laden schließen und gründlich alles putzen und es mal schöner machen für die Kunden, die gerne lieber 2 Euro...
