StromEck — Restaurant in Berlin

Possibly the friendliest bar in the world.

We stopped by visiting Berlin as it was close to our Airbnb. We were immediately welcomed by the staff and locals and ended up returning to see in new years. For which, once again we were made immediately welcomed by all.

Be warned it's a smoking bar. So if that bothers you, like other reviews then give it a miss. But even as non smokers it was a reminder that the small, out of the way places are often the best places.

A little bit of this place will always live with...

We went here because it was right next to our hotel , no expectations as it’s a regular neighbour bar. We ended going for the 3 nights of our stay , beer is great, service is great , our last night was spent here and the staff was absolutely amazing, all of them, so helpful, so much fun, we had an amazing night and it’s definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Can’t recommend enough and we do apologise if we were a bit of a trouble . Staff was so cool and helpful...

The lady was very kind and helpfull. They allow smoking inside and that was why I wasn’t been able to stay too long. I guess it would be better if the forbid it. The inner design of the pub was very cool. It reminded me some of the pubs in old...
