This negative review is directed at the management of this Subway location. The employee gave her very best even though her shift had ended, because the person who was supposed to take over was late. She managed the orders while also helping her teammate, who didn’t speak German and therefore couldn’t take orders quickly.
Your employee truly broke my heart, as she had to leave to pick up her daughter from kindergarten. She was torn between leaving for her daughter (which was absolutely her right) and continuing to handle the orders. Her stress was so intense that she ended up in tears. I decided to leave without ordering in order to ease her workload. I only hope she made it in time for her daughter.

Today was a total disaster at the subway shop, and it seemed like no one, not even the managers, knew what to do. I was looking forward to the daily deal, which included a half-foot sub, a drink, and a cookie for just 4.99€. The posters advertising the deal were prominently displayed on the door and at the front gate. However, when I went to pay, I was charged 6.29€ due to a wrong deal being printed and published. Interestingly, just before me, a couple had received the deal at the same price I had been charged, which seemed a bit odd.

I just hit the counter and placed my order. There was a stupid indian guy working at this place forced me to speak the name of a vegetable in German. He kept asking for it repeatedly. He was in the mood of making fun of me, I don't know why. He asked about what I am doing. When I said I am a working prof, he made fun of my body language.
