Walter's Coffey Café — Restaurant in Berlin

Staff is slow and unprofessional, all the while being rude. Food is okay but overpriced and lacking in vegan options. When we wanted to order the waitress got annoyed at us because we had picked an item that wasn't available anymore. It's not their fault the place was crowded or that the item was sold out, but the least they could do is be friendly! I do not recommend this place at all! Also, the girls working there were eating behind the counter while preparing the food for the customers. Maybe a repetition of the hygiene/food safety course wouldn't be a bad idea. Walter's is great, not only because they've got a nice selection of leckere Bagels, but because they have niveauvolle Leute who understand something about customer service and making a wish a reality. We go here for cappuccino, delicious cakes and their legendary bagels with an assortment of toppings, my favorite being guacamole with strips of cooked chicken. This is honestly one of my favorite Cafes in Berlin. The food and drinks are really good for a really good price, my favorites are the Roasted Chicken Bagel, Chocolate Milkshake, and Iced Coffee. The service is always very friendly. I tend to stay here for hours on end, even sometimes up until closing, and I occassionally play card games at one of the tables with my friend.
