BEEF'D Halal Burgers & Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Bonn

I recently visited BEEF’D and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their food.

Now, let's talk about the burgers. Wow. The menu offers a fantastic variety, catering to all tastes and preferences. I decided to go with the [Burger Name], and it was hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. The beef patty was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of char. The fresh, locally-sourced ingredients really made a difference, especially the crispy lettuce, ripe tomato, and house-made pickles.

The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold all the deliciousness together, and the special sauce added the perfect tangy kick. I also appreciated the attention to detail; the fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned just right.

It took more than 140 minutes for home delivery!!!! I ordered via Uber Eats app and the estimated delivery time was 40-60 minutes. After 45 minutes I called the restaurant and after multiple trials they answered the phone and told me the food is out. But after 40 minutes from my call and 90 minutes from my order I had not received anything. I tried calling again and no one answered! I contacted the Uber Easts support team and they said the same things! After more waiting I asked the Uber Eats customer service to cancel my order but they said that they don't do that and they will not reimburse the money!!!!! So after 120 minutes from placing the order the Uber Eats finally canceled it free of charge. And after 145 minutes of placing the order the delivery guy arrived! Although I told him that we have canceled this order! I had tried this restaurant before and the quality was good but after such a terrible experience I will not order home...

The worst experience I ever had. One day I ordered the Onion Cheese Fries and Fried Egg Burger. The fries came with nothing, just simple fries with salt and the Egg Burger came WITHOUT EGG!!!!!

I thought that was just a busy day, mistakes happens, so I was still willing to give a second chance. The next day I ordered again the Onion Cheese Fries and also Aioli sauce, but they sent just a very poor quality cheddar and something else that I have no idea what was and just threw away. I also ordered 2 burgers with EXTRA PATTY (170g) paying a lot more just because of that, and I received the normal burger (90g) withtout the extras.

I couldn't even contact them because they took so long to deliver, that when I noticed the problems, the restaurat was already closed. That's...
