China Restaurant Jasmin — Restaurant in Bonn

I don't understand this one. This seems to be a place that lots of Chinese people go to. And this usually is a sign for a must visit. But my experiences didn't quite match up. I ordered the spring rolls for starters. They were fried just a little to long and seemed of industrial quality. Then I had the sweet&sour pineapple with fried breaded tofu. They were soaking in the mega sweet sauce. I am a fast eater, but even after 5 minutes the breaded tofu was soggy and stripped of any texture. I also can't quite put my finger to it but even the Coke had a funny taste to it. My bf and I went there to have dinner and we didn’t knew we had to reserve a table so we just walked in and asked if we can have a table for two, the lady at the restaurant who apparently was attending all the customers was just plain rude, she acted like as if we don’t exist and we stood there for minutes waiting for her to attend us and to give us any answer. In my personal opinion whether or not you have space for people in your restaurant, you should be friendly and kind and attentive so we can come back again. Now I don’t think I will ever walk into that restaurant again. They need to work on their customer...

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, bemüht einen zufrieden zu stellen ohne Druck und Hektik. Dafür muss man eine 1 geben. Die Tische sind eng beieinander, die Polsterung bei den Stühlen durchgesessen, man hat versucht, eine Gemütlichkeit zu erzeugen, man sieht jedoch das Alter. Das Essen kann nicht richtig Punkten, zu viel Öl am Reisgericht, wenig Fleisch, muss man suchen. Viel Magenfüller Reis, die Zwiebeln waren angebrannt, wenig gewürzt, jedoch isst jeder anders, Salz, Pfeffer, Sojasoße und Chilisauce am Tisch, geschmacklich geht klar mehr, da habe ich schon besser gegessen, dafür war der Preis nicht angemessen. Hier kann es nur drei Punkte geben, jedoch war der Raum voller Gäste, jedoch sollte man dann dementsprechend planen. Die Frühlingsrollen waren im Öl ausfrittiert, geschmacklich nur ein Stern, Zuhause bekomme ich das im Backofen besser hin, die Sauce dazu nichtssagend. Es wurde nachgefragt, ob alle in Ordnung war. Da das Restaurant aber voll besetzt war und die junge Frau sehr lieb, habe ich es unterlassen, sie auf die Punkte aufmerksam zu machen, die Nachbartische hätten das gehört, das wollte ich ihr ersparen.
