EisLabor Bonn-Altstadt - Einmalig, Frisch & Lecker — Restaurant in Bonn

Ich liebe das Eislabor grundsätzlich. Jedoch: So eine unfreundliche Kassiererin habe ich noch nie erlebt!!!! Ganz ehrlich.... An dem Tag hatte ich einen wirklich langen und Schmerzhaften Zahnarzt Besuch morgens hinter mir und mein kompletter Unterkiefer tat weh und ich hatten Zahnschienen samt Atttachments eingesetzt bekommen... kauen oder schlürfen, oder schlecken war also jetzt ohnehin für viele Tage nicht drin... Dennoch wollte ich mich nicht unterkriegen lassen und hatte mich auf ein leckeres Eis gefreut. Erst wollte man mir ein Hörnchen geben, was ich eh nicht essen konnte und schlecken ging auch nicht... Becher gab es auch nur essbar, naja gut da dachte ich noch ok. Dann steckte man mir den Kekslöffel rein, der nun wirklich STEINHART IST und auch sehr breit, weswegen ich das Eis auch nicht gut in meinen Mund bekommen hätte.... Dann Fragte ich freundlich ob ich nicht einen der Löffel haben könnte, die da auf der Anrichte standen... "nein wir haben keine anderen Löffel, die gibt es nicht mehr." Ich nur. "Ähm da stehen doch welche ich werde sonst nicht essen können...ich war lange beim Zahnarzt" .... Dann kam " also wirklich.... diese extrawünsche... dann aber nur ausnahmsweise. Aber eigentlich nehmen wir die nicht mehr." Ich nur " danke für ihre Freundlichkeit....." Ganz ehrlich wie kann man so empathielos sein? Ich bin selbst Krankenschwester... wenn ich so mit meinen Patienten umgehen würde.... mir ging es an dem Tag wirklich nicht gut.... die Bedienung war zu mir and em Tag Besonders unfreundlich, aber auch gegenüber der anderen Gäste gab es kein Lächeln, oder freundliche Worte...sie wirkte grundgenervt und pampig... klar man kann nicht immer bestens gelaunt sein, aber wenn man seinem JOB nachgeht sollte man sich zusammen reißen... ich pamp meine Patienten doch...

Apparently, keeping store hours updated on google maps must be a luxury this business can’t afford. We arrived well within the “listed” closing time, only to be told without so much as an apology that those hours no longer apply. Silly us for trusting the information provided by the business itself. Sympathy or even the smallest acknowledgment of the inconvenience? Nowhere to be found. It seems the staff (and owner) are far too busy selling to actually care about the customers trying to visit. Good luck with...

Well, the first thing you will notice is the huge queue in front of the shop. We waited about 20 min to get our ice cream but it was worth the wait. The shop itself is pretty clean. As a customer there no place for you to set in the shop. You just get you ice cream cone or cup and enjoy it walking in the old city or setting in the park in front of the shop. The staff was pretty helpful, friendly and spoke good English. The ice cream was pretty delicious.. you gotta try the...
