I visited twice in one week. First time I got Nutella crepes for takeaway with a generous amount of Nutella. Second time I ordered waffles for 9€, but they came with barely any Nutella. When I politely asked for more, they demanded 2-3 euros extra. They were very defensive and dismissive. They refused to show where this was written. When I said I didn’t want to pay more for something I already ordered, they threatened to call the police, which was extremely aggressive and humiliating.

I saw other tables their stuff had more generous toppings. When I was there - the waiter also told me ‘leave and don’t come back again’. Unprofessional, unfriendly, and possibly discriminatory. Avoid. Especially if you are not...

Das war eine sehr positive Überraschung! Frühstück in einem Eiscafé? Das geht ☝🏼 Leicht orientalisches Ambiente und ein üppiges leckeres Frühstück. Im Bild zu sehen das Frühstück "La Perla" und Rührei mit Speck und Pilzen. Im Frühstück mit enthalten ein Warmgetränk (hier Latte Macchiato) und Orangensaft. Da kann man nicht meckern.

Der Service war schnell und freundlich, allerdings war es auch noch Recht leer. Ich hatte einen Milchkaffee bestellt, aber einen Latte Macchiato bekommen, deswegen 1 Stern abzug. Kann Mal passieren... Beim Ambiente einen Stern weniger, weil anfangs die Musik etwas laut war und das Ambiente gut, aber nicht herausragend ist. Ich möchte aber betonen, dass es gute 4 Sterne sind und ich da eigentlich 4,5 geben würde, weil das Ambiente einfach Geschmackssache ist. Hier kann man mit gutem Gewissen hin gehen und ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

P.s.: Die Sanitäranlagen kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil ich...

The food and coffee were good and they attended us quickly when arrived. But the toilets were in bad conditions, the toilet seats were not properly fix, the water tap was loose, they don't have a changing table for babies, and at the end we had to wait a long time to...
