Grand Opening or Fail Opening I had dinner yesterday with a group of friends and it was just terrible. we order our drinks and after a few minutes the waitress came back and asked if we could order something else as they ran out of ice... when it came to the food we ordered however it was taken wrong. my friend ordered the chicken and a few minutes later we were informed the dish was not available. we waited more than an hour for the food to be brought. in the mean time we were asked several times if we had ordered food or if we had already eaten. when the food came I was expecting more for my burger. over 15€ for the burger was just not worth it. way to expensive for what I got. The bread was terrible no tomato just lettuce and the cheese was so melted it couldnt be enjoyed. my friend ordered a salad but requested it vegan. when the salad came it had cheese. when asking of the cheese was vegan we were told restaurant had no vegan cheese. the salad was sent back. while waiting for the new salad a waiter came and asked what is the problem and why the salad did not taste well. no good customer service whatsoever! when it was time to pay the waitress tried to cash drinks we didnt even order! a total mess. Definitely a night I want to forget and wont return or...

Bin echt schlecht gelaunt nach dem Besuch hier Heute Abend; stumbled across this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, went in; good food…so a couple of weeks later, today, we go again…I was horrified- I ordered the exact same food but this time my spinach came with sand, the salmon was over salty…the Hugo had zero fizz..it actually was hard to believe that this was the same place! I told the waitress my food had sand in it..- the person sitting next to me could actually hear the sand when I chewed..- she said they’d change the spinach, the replacement too had sand..so I chose to not eat it..and chose to not raise a fuss… The menu says ‘steak fries’ , but it’s just regular fries, their ‘sizzling beef’ managed to be soft but dry at the same time.., only way it could be swallowed down was with a gulp of water.., the tiger prawns were average at best..#mediocre.. wondering if they had the bad staff in tonight …? Cannot stand inconsistent restaurants, was sorry I actually raved about this place before after trying them just once..; shall not be visiting them again but I think the Gesundheitsamt ought to pay them a visit..- inedible food is one thing.., but sand..? Test an einem Sonntagabend im August 2023, bei dem das Restaurant leider weit hinter den Erwartungen geblieben ist. Lage etwas abgeschieden in der Bremer Überseestadt, daher aber genug Parkplätze fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren die einzigen im gesamten Restaurant. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und neu, optisch macht alles einen gelungenen Eindruck. Zuerst fielen uns dann aber die sehr kleinen und beengten Tische auf. Man hatte kaum Platz um vernünftig zu sitzen. Die "Kellner" sind ein Witz und wer im Zusammenhang mit den Personen das Wort Kellner benutzt, beleidigt damit jedem passionierten Kellner. Zuerst einmal wurden wir (Ü20-Ü50) von 2/3 der Angestellten geduzt. Als wir Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon bestellten, wurden wir jeweils gefragt, ob dies ein Rot- oder Weißwein sei?! Als der Wein dann kam, war ein Glas oben abgeplatzt. Die Rotweine an sich schmeckten billig, es gibt definitiv Dutzende Discounter Weine die deutlich besser schmecken. Auffälligkeiten zur Speisekarte: Sämtliche Gerichte tragen ohne weitere Beschreibung Namen wie "Sia´s Salat", auch auf Nachfrage konnte die Angestellte uns nicht erklären wie sich der Salat denn zusammensetzt. Auf der Weinkarte finden sich zwei Weine für über 200€, natürlich ein Schreibfehler. Das Konzept der Speisen wirkt insgesamt ein wenig wirr, von Schmorgerichten über Fisch bis Pizza ist alles vorhanden. Zum Essen: Die Portionen sind alle eher klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der bestellte Beefburger war maximal enttäuschend wirkte auf den ersten Blick wie ein Schwimmbadburger und schmeckte leider auch so, auch wenn das Fleisch definitiv frisch war). Der vegane Burger war ein Ordnung, durchschnittlich. Das Ribeye Steak schmeckte lecker, allerdings gab es keine Beilage, diese musste man extra bestellen. Herausragend war dagegen wirklich das Slow-Cooked Beef!

Alles in allem allerdings ein leider...
