after waiting 30 munutes for a simple rice bowl (small). There was still no food served so I had asked how much longer my order will take. They said 10 more mimutes. So I sat and waited a extra 20 minutes with no water service or any notice on the food. So after asking again now after 50 minutes of waiting they tell me I have to wait a extra 10 more minutes... I work in hospitality and I have never ever experienced such horrible service IN MY LIFE! If anyone is stopping in for a quick take away meal or a meal in general I would recommend going elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration of bad service while...

What can I say about this place the sushi is being made fresh while you are waiting, the staff is very professional and friendly. The prices are not too high.

The food is excellent en very fresh made. Most of the time is very busy so you have to wait a little bit but at the and of the day you will get everything fresh. This is place is be one Asian restaurant in waterfront. I do recommend this , is if you are around and live sushi, then give this a try you...

Katastrophe, Sushi bei 11 Grad im Verkaufsraum, nach ansprach wurde nur gesagt das ist normal. Als mein essen kam hatte das fleisch meines hähnchen mehrere Farben ( grau, milchig und etwas undefinierbare s) aber ich dachte mir bezahlt ist es eh schon also habe ich angefangen zu essen. Was ich direkt bereut habe-- Haare im essen.

Ich bin daraufhin wieder hin und wollte mein Geld zurück und habe ihnen das essen gegeben. Erst waren da angeblich keine Haare drin, bis ich die vor deren Augen dort rausgeholt hatte. Dann wären es auf einmal keine Haare sondern sproßen versuchte mir der Angestellte klar zu machen was ich verneinte ( es waren eindeutig Barthaare wovon einer der Angestellten noch genug lose am Hals hängen hatte)

Aber jetzt kommt der Hammer, einen Kunden in einer solchen Situation dann zu fragen ob es ein Problem gibt und ob man das woanders klären soll ( und das nicht im guten Sinne ) ist ja wohl das allerletzte und ich habe sowas auch noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt... Geld hab es nicht zurück.

PS: Ich hab das Ordnungsamt eingeschaltet inkl. Bilder. Von denen habe ich erfahren das sich wohl einige beschweren über...
