Yalla Yalla Falafel — Restaurant in Bremen

This must be one of the best excellent vegetarian and vegan food restaurants I've been to. Specialises in falafels as the name gives away and they are amazing. Tasty, full of flavour and with a tiny bit of kick to them. But not hot at all, just right. We were in Bremen for two days and we are here three times. My husband who isn't a vegetarian or vegan loved the food too! They have dishes with meat too, but he actually preferred the vegetarian ones. I had both their amazing sandwiches which are filled with falafels ,vegetables, sauce and the most incredible homous you can imagine. It taste like a mix between homous and tadka daal. Amazing. I also had their plates with falafels, couscous, bulgur wheat salad, vegetables, homous and sauces which was one of the best veggie dishes I've ever had. And all completely vegan. Loved the Yalla Yalla Veggie! Will be missing this place when I go back to England, but will try and recreate some of the flavours and dishes at home. I will be back next time...

Very good and reasonably priced Falafel place in Bremen's "Viertel". Next to Falafel they have many other delicious vegetarian dishes such as Halloumi and lots of side dishes such as Aubergine-Garlic creme (recommended). I also tried their chicken and meat balls which are very tasty as well. Due to the many colorful lamps the atmosphere is really cozy and nice. 5...

Sorry Leute, aber das war leider gar nichts... 😔Habe böse über sch* Ausbeuter-Lieferando bestellt, ich weiß, aber ihr liefert leider nicht nach Hastedt (sofern es den Lieferdienst direkt von euch überhaupt noch gibt) und es war leider ein Gutschein von Lieferando 🙈 Habe ein Halloumi Sandwich mit Grillgemüse (und Joghurt-Kräuter Dip) + ein Yalla Yalla Special Sandwich (auch mit Grillgemüse und Tahina-Dip) bestellt und das war wirklich gar nichts.... Das Grillgemüse hat auf beiden Sandwiches komplett gefehlt, das einzige Gemüse war ein bisschen Eisbergsalat. Die Falafel waren hart und trocken, der Halloumi war auch recht hart und trocken. Der Dip war auf beiden Sandwiches was Gelbes mit Curry. Oder das war der Hummus (laut Karte auch auf beiden Sandwiches enthalten), aber die Dips, insbesondere Tahini hat man gar nicht geschmeckt. Der Teig war teils auch echt trocken und hart und an anderen Stellen weich und sehr eingerissen/zerfleddert. On top waren in einem Sandwich noch...
