Bäckerei Büsch — Restaurant in Cleves

The products are good. Staff is the most customer unfriendly you can experince. If you want good bread, go here, if you want that the employees are rude to you also a good place.

My situation was: There was a queue for the coffee counter and one queue for the breads. The bread one was empty. The younger lady employee with glasses and brown hair was hitting the counter and sighing and showing face expressions. I stepped there and I asked if she may speak english. She sigh even louder, shake her head and sad shouting 'nicht'. I decided to turn around and not buy anything.

Couple of weeks ago the same lady was "making" coffee to me and my gf. We tried in german to make the order. Anytime you asked a sandwich she was making face expressions that she has to work. The coffee and food at the end was "thrown" to us. What a service.

So far I had 50% chance that i get this rude employee or...

Habe für Silvester ein Tag vorher zwei Baguettes bestellt die Verkäuferin fragt ob ich denn Kassenbon brauche was ich verneine und bezahlte, heute morgen komme ich zur Bäckerei und werde nach denn Kassenbon gefragt, ich sagte der Verkäuferin das ich diesen nicht bekommen haben sie sagt das dass nicht gehen würde das die Verkäuferinnen immer eine Kassenbon geben was anscheinend bei mir nicht der Fall ist die Verkäuferin wurde zunehmend unfreundlich. Fazit ich habe meine bezahlten Baguettes nicht bekommen und bin gegangen ich hätte diese Bewertung gar nicht erst geschrieben wenn man mit mir freundlich sprechen würde da es ja nicht mein Versäumnis ist das ich keinen Kassenbon bekommen habe.

Diese Bäckerei werde ich nicht...

Very nice and helpful service. Speaking German and Dutch.. portions are more then generous.. very fresh cakes and bread variations to please everyone....looking forward to go...
