Antep Sultan Sofrası — Restaurant in Cologne

Oh My God. I've never had the opportunity to eat Turkish cuisine before and my first dinner in Köln Germany was at Antep Sultan Sofrası. I ordered Lamb kabobs in yogurt, tomato and butter sauce, with rice and salad. All I can say that it was so tasty and delicious. On top of that, the service was impeccable. My hostest Aynur was so attentive and ensured that I enjoyed their restaurant's hospitality. The complimentary tea was also delicious. When in Köln, you've got to try this place and enjoy...

Although the food was good, the customer service was totally horrible! Turkish culture requires the host accommodate its guests in a welcoming and polite way; however, the people working there were (especially, the lady at the cashier) acting in the complete opposite way. I believe they should check their attitude closely. In addition, they would not warn you about their credit card problems and thus you would need to get cash “forcefully.” Overall, I do not recommend this...

Service is less then average, waitresses are gonna give you invisible effect. There is no attention to cleaning to the table whatsoever, you might get the food at dirty table with other dirty plates, don't expect much, you might find the same taste in every other place( actually better with this prices!!) , especially stay away from desserts( stay away...
