NV-Vietnamesische kueche - Cottbus — Restaurant in Cottbus - Chóśebuz

One of the best, maybe even the best Asian restaurant I have visited. So well cooked, super fresh, good portion, fast served, very honest price. Watch out you can only pay cash! Restaurant was full on monday evening. That says enough. For me as a travelling vegan, I am mostly left with Asian as the only option. Vietnameese especially. Their humbly democratic kitchen, where every dish can be made vegan should be an example for european restaurants where, too often, I can not get nothing at all:/:/ serving only meat should be legally...

I mean for a restaurant with 4.7 stars I was expecting something really wow but:

food was not cooked well mango lassi was actually jogurt with mango.. don't get it really I gave to cashier 65 and total was 61 and she didn't even tried to return me 4 euros. Ofc it's not a problem about 4 euros 😂 but like just try to return my cash back I was working for those 4 euros same as her ..

Anyhow for restaurant with so many stars was expecting something wow, and this one is below average of everything I have tried...

Die Portionen sind groß und preiswert. Geschmacklich und qualitativ war es bis heute auch immer sehr in Ordnung. Bis heute.

Ich hatte mich heute nämlich schon gewundert, dass dieses Mal so dermaßen viel Tofu auf unseren Tellern gelandet ist. Anscheinend musste der wohl schnell weg. Wirklich gebraten bzw frittiert war er leider auch nicht. Dafür ziemlich schwammig und sauer! Wir haben zweimal das gleiche Gericht bestellt und bekamen beide die selben Verdauungsbeschwerden. Vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass der Broccoli fast roh auf den Tellern gelandet ist und davon inflationär viel. Das Thai Basilikum, was sonst immer sehr frisch und lecker war habe ich gar nicht erst beachtet. Es war verwelkt und braun an den Rändern. So etwas sollte man nicht auf die Teller legen. Man könnte jetzt glauben, dass der Koch schlechte Laune hatte. Da er die ganze Zeit schief und laut, aber scheinbar trotzdem glücklich in der Küche gesungen hat, schließe ich das jetzt aus.

Fazit: diese kleine, charmante Institution die meine gesamte Familie immer gerne besucht hat ist jetzt auf Bewährung! Ich werde dem Laden definitiv eine weitere Chance geben und wenn es besser wird, dann stehen hier auch mindestens vier Sterne. Aber Freunde das heute war nichts! Tofu esse ich hier...
