Laurin — Restaurant in Deggendorf

We come here once a quarter when visting kinderspielplatz. The service is terrible. The place for children are not really here. The table are old and with no edge, so for child under 5 it is totally difficult to sit close. They swipe them wild a towel which remembers times of Konrad Adenauer. The toilets are also not for children. Just cold water in the tabs, the hand dryer at 1.6m how the hell child should use it? No paper towels. Service... we waited 10 minutes to be asked for drinks. Waitress was suprised that we want small portion of pasta for a child :)) Ok fine, maybe it is unusual. No existent service during lunch. To get some drinks again takes ages, I don’t know how they do it but just avoid the eye contact somehow. You can’t really call them to the table. To pay another neck...

An amazing restaurant with delicious food and outstanding service. We were a group of 29 people having a dinner there, just yesterday. I made an order only 90 min before the arrival and everything was prepared on time. All of us had a warm meal within 15 min. Pasta was yummy, pizza great and big enough to feed a man and take the leftovers. Everything was perfect- we left the restaurant being full and happy. The only problem I had, was not being able to tip the crew for theirs amazing work due to the fact that I was paying with our company card. The quality and taste of Pizza is very average. I would describe my Buffalo Pizza was rather rubbery and the taste could have been better. Imo, the salad was better than Pizza. If you are going there expecting to get a good pizza, then it’s not guaranteed. The restaurant is in a nice location, friendliness of the service is good. One big advantage for this restaurant is its location. If you want to hangout with your friends or family in the evening in a sunny weather, then you can enjoy the view of Danube and have an okay dinner and drinks to spend good time.
