Beans of Joy - Rösterei & Coffeeshop — Restaurant in Dossenheim

I've been to this place a few times and wouldn't really recommend it. I was attracted by the promise of coffee from their own "roastery". But the outside area is not really inviting. The furniture is run down and there is no recognizable style (nope, it's "ecclecticism"). The inside is only slightly better.

Worst of all, the coffee is - unfortunately -average in taste and could be served in any other café.

A little disappointing, because the crew is friendly & they have a vegan chocolate cake that was...

The best spot for a cake and coffee stop before or after a hike! The place is very unique and the people working there are friendly, there is good selection of drinks and if you’re lucky cake. The location is very unique even for those of us who just want to smell some fresh air. I believe they also sell coffee beans btw. We couldn’t pay with card when we were there though and watch out for their opening times to avoid...

Schöne kleine Rösterei mit Café. Gerade bei dem Regenwetter heute tat es gut sich am warmen Ofen aufzuwärmen. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal aber liebevoll, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und kompetent. Toilette und Gastraum sind gepflegt und sauber. Mein Kaffee war kräftig aber für mich absolut in Ordnung. Der Kuchen war auch gut, leider ein bisschen teuer, wenn man allerdings die Lage der Rösterei miteinbezieht stimmt der Preis (zumindest bei warmen Temperaturen) wahrscheinlich wieder. Den Außenbereich kann ich aufgrund des Wetters nicht bewerten, auf den ersten Blick sah es ganz gemütlich aus. Wer möchte kann sich dort auch verschiedenste Kaffeebohnen für zu Hause mitnehmen, die Preise hierfür sind fair. Leider war bei meinem Besuch das EC Gerät defekt und ließ sich offenbar auch nicht reparieren. Zum Glück hatte ich noch ein paar Euro einstecken, ansonsten wäre das problematisch geworden. Diese "Schwäche" sollte sich aber beheben lassen. Ich komme...
