Mongol Hann GmbH — Restaurant in Duren

I have been to this restaurant and I can tell you the following things from different points of view: The food both during the day and in the evening is wonderful, the food is diverse, especially in the evening, where I will also attach pictures. During the day they only have a table full of diverse dishes, namely shrimp of several types prepared in vegetables, in oil and breaded, I will attach the first 4 pictures, and the rest where there are seafood and diverse raw meat and dessert are only available in the evening. In the evening, the desserts are diverse and good, there is melted white and milk chocolate, passion fruit, ice cream and from the machine, not just by the kg. At the moment, the price per person is €24.90 From the service point of view, we are very disappointed. They only approached us when they came to take our drink order, which is mandatory for eating, and already when it was time to pay. They didn't even smile or clean the table, the plates kept piling up, and they had nothing to do, what can I say about the fact that they sent the chef to bring us the food, but not the waiters. They are racists, we had a table next to us who were Germans, they smiled at them, joked, offered good humor and kindness, and they didn't speak any English to us, they don't even know English. We had to clear our table and carry our plates, otherwise, being 4 people, we wouldn't be able to see each other...

Horrible! Don't go if you are Asian! We took a train from Cologne to specifically visit this restaurant and it turned out to be our worst experience. The food is one of those buffets serving typical unauthentic Chinese/Japanese foods (don't fooled by the name, it barely has anything mongolian) catering to Westerners. The Teppanyaki is tasteless (obviously they do not put any condiments, not even Salt!), hot dishes are greasy and the taste is mediocre. The Sushi bar is ok, but the raw salmon was not well sliced. I took a piece of unagi sushi and it smells ROTTEN! The service is horrible. The waiter (German-born South Eastern Asian looking middle age guy) was very impatient and extremely offensive to our group. He even said things like "this is Deutschland not China, no drink no buffet", when a girl in the group didn't feel like ordering a drink. While it's understandable that restaurants make most of their profit from drinks, the way this guy behaves was outrageous. This guy can barely speak English, and he did not ask for his colleagues to help. He never came back to pick up dirty dishes or provide any service. I am not going back again and I hope whoever...

Spontan waren wir im Mongol Hann. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. 12,90€ pro Person für das Mittagsbuffet. Sehr viel Auswahl und super lecker. Das Gemüse ist al dente und das Rindfleisc8h butterweich. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Shusi, welche frisch gemacht werden. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Chef persönlich begrüßt alle ankommenden Gäste, egal welcher Nationalität und Sprache... Man kann direkt neben dem Restaurant in einem Parkhaus parken und das auch noch umsonst als Gast. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder gerne zu Euch. Ich möchte dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Macht weiter so...

Spontaneously we were in the Mongol Hann. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. €12.90 per person for the lunch buffet. Lots of choice and super tasty. The veggies are al dente and the beef is tender. There is a large selection of Shusi, which are freshly made. The service is very attentive and friendly. The boss personally greets all arriving guests, regardless of nationality and language... You can park right next to the restaurant in a multi-storey car park and that too for free as a guest. Thank you for the hospitality. In any case, we always like to come to you. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Keep it up...

Spontanément nous étions dans le Mongol Hann. Le rapport prix/performance est imbattable. 12,90 € par personne pour le buffet du midi. Beaucoup de choix et super savoureux. Les légumes sont al dente et le boeuf est tendre. Il y a un grand choix de Shusi, qui sont fraîchement préparés. Le service est très attentionné et sympathique. Le patron accueille personnellement tous les invités qui arrivent, quelle que soit leur nationalité et leur langue... Vous pouvez vous garer juste à côté du restaurant dans un parking à plusieurs étages et cela aussi gratuitement en tant qu'invité. Merci pour l'hospitalité. Dans tous les cas, nous aimons toujours venir chez vous. Je recommanderais certainement ce restaurant. Continue comme ça...

Espontáneamente estuvimos en el Mongol Hann. La relación precio/rendimiento es imbatible. 12,90 € por persona para el almuerzo buffet. Mucha variedad y súper sabroso. Las verduras están al dente y la carne tierna. Hay una gran selección de Shusi, recién hechos. El servicio es muy atento y amable. El jefe saluda personalmente a todos los huéspedes que llegan, independientemente de su nacionalidad e idioma... Puede aparcar justo al lado del restaurante en un aparcamiento de varias plantas y también de forma gratuita como invitado. Gracias por la hospitalidad.
