I don’t know if they are staffs or owners of this cafe, they were sooooo rude to a foreigner which is me😂 If you don’t speak German, don’t go to this place. They will pretend not to understand you at all and give you an attitude even though they can understand you and speak English🤦🏻‍♀️ and they literally threw my food and coffee and took another person’s order first. Bei dieser Filiale muss sich dringend die Franchise Abteilung der Kamps Zentrale einschalten. Das Personal dieses Ladens benimmt sich absolut kundenunfreundlich. Die Bäckerei hat bis 15 Uhr geöffnet. Ich erschien um 14 Uhr, also eine Stunde vor Geschäftsschluss. Ich wollte mit meiner Partnerin dort etwas essen und trinken. Zu dieser Zeit waren bereits alle Stühle kopfüber auf die Tische gestellt und die Warentheke weitestgehend leer geräumt. Also nirgendwo mehr ein freier Platz. Als ich nachfrug, ob meine Annahme richtig sei, dass die Bäckerei noch eine Stunde offen hat und warum man hier so unfreundlich empfangen wird, wurde ich von einer rothaarigen Verkäuferin in unverschämter Art und Weise angeraunzt mit dem Hinweis, da müsste man doch wohl Verständnis haben. Geht's noch ? Was ist denn das für ein Geschäftsgebaren?
