KARADENIZ - Türkische Backwaren — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Beware of misorganization in this place. First time I went a couple of years ago when they first opened they charged me twice the value of the bill. After complaining they returned what they owed(all good).

I also used today (Sunday) the service "Too Good To Go" which they participate in only to come and be told "we don't have food from yesterday on Sundays, and I have no clue on how that app goes. You are on your own". When asking if someone knew about that service, I was told that nobody there knew.

I started requesting a refund from the app outside of the shop and writing this review,and 5 minutes later someone came and asked me to get in. No clue what they wanted, but at this point I didn't want to have anything more to do with them, so I told them "Nein Danke" and started going away. He told me something in Turkish as I was going away. I am pretty sure it was...

In the beginning, we were so happy with the fresh bread and Lahmachun. But the more we bought from there, the taste was not the same. It could be that in the morning time they are selling fresh products but the more day go by, the taste of the bread goes down. I may be wrong but this is solely my personal experience. Das Brot ist leider nicht in Ordnung. Habe mir letztens die Zähne fast kaputt gebissen, weil im Brot betonkrümel oder Steinchen drinnen war. Es ist unverschämt wie man mit kunden umgeht und solche ware zumutet. So leicht sollte man sein geld nicht verdienen. Die verkaufen öfters alte sesamringe und alte Teigtaschen gefüllt oder ungefüllt, wenn man dann anruft um zu reklamieren, bekommt man zu hören , das könnte doch nicht sein.Für ein Laden der frisch backt und 24 Std geöffnet hat erwartet man was anderes. Lieber frisch verkaufen mit Qualität und Kunden behalten würde ich vorschlagen aber das machen...
