McDonald's — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

This was literally the best McDonald's I have been to in my life no lie. So I was in a bit of a rush and it was pouring rain so I pulled into the drive through to find 4 cars ahead of me (I thought wow I will be here a while). Anyway I stayed in line and I would say I spent a total of 3 minutes in the drive thru. From joining the line, ordering, paying and collection. Three minutes tops! My burger was hot and freshly made. The fries were extra crispy with just the right amount of salt. They gave me an extra ketchup packet and extra napkins! Plus the service was great. I definitely recommend. When have u ever gone to McDonald's and gotten extra napkins and extra ketchup plus the perfect service and a great meal?! The full package?! Y'all are doing a fine service at this McDonald's for real!!!!...

Beware of this McDonalds, full of scammers, every time there is a promotion they give you whatever they want, instead of what you pay for. They said there was not available but in the screen was still showing available and some people got the glass they paid (after complaining) some others like me, random color. Not the first time and definitely not the only customer with the same issue. The guy in the cashier (very rude guy 0 customer service) told me to complain in the email written in the receipt but for my surprise there is no answer from that email. The place is usually not clean at all specially second floor, always trash somewhere, tables are not...

Went for a little dessert. The staff were not rude but also not very pleasant. I ordered 3 reg size and 1 grande size milkshakes. Glasses were filled only 2/3 to 3/4 full and all different levels. I wouldn't buy the grande size as mine had the same amount of shake as the reg size. My chocolate shake was 1/3 vanilla, not blended well and just tasted poor. The strawberry shakes tasted better but were still not very good. I decided not to say anything to the staff because I got the impression they wouldn't have cared.
