I went to this restaurant two times during my stay in Angermund. It's a very poor experience for the second time; I ordered exactly the same ginger tea with the meals, but the female boss refused to refill the water for my tea and she asked for me to buy a new one only! She's also very rude with no respect. The other table customers also found this is an unusual service and with a very bad attitude!! If you want to grow your business, please learn some respect by proving equal service! Friends of ours took us out here last month and we enjoyed it a lot. The menu had a good variety, the food was delicious, and the waiter was friendly and polite. Ich war erst etwas skeptisch wegen der "nur" 3,9 Sternepunkte. Allerdings kann ich das nach der geschmackvollen Erfahrung gerade nicht bestätigen. Ich hatte Nummer 43 bestellt und war damit rundum zufrieden. Das enthaltene Gemüse war frisch, lecker und auch typisch Chinesisch und nicht zu "'Deutsch". Einzig Mungobohnen/Sojasprossen hätte man evt. noch hinzufügen können. Die pikante Soße war reichhaltig, würzig, "knoblauchig" und schmeckte einen Hauch nach Zitronengras/Ingwer. Meistens sind die Soßenmengen bei Chinesen ja eher etwas zu gering, aber hier war die Menge im Verhältnis zum Reis optimal. Das Hähnchenfilet schmeckte sehr zart und hatte nicht diesen hin und wieder erlebten Gammel-/Stallgeschmack so mancher Chinabistros. Womöglich ist dieser Geschmack auch ein Zeichen fehlender Frische, keine Ahnung. Auch die Reismenge und sein Geschmack haben mich überzeugt.
