This place is worth considering if you are looking for a clean, quiet and economical place where to stay while traveling by/visiting Erding by car.||Easy to find, you have a parking lot outside the place. The rooms are clean, the furniture in the bathroom is old, the bed was comfortable. The apartment was very modern. Stark furnishings with no sofa, instead two chairs to watch TV. The biggest complaint we had was the owners could not speak English, in spite of being told otherwise. We had problems finding the place with GPS, so we called and literally could not communicate with the husband or wife. Somehow, (minor miracle), we found the place, but the lack of communication was a nightmare. Our recommendation is that only German-speaking guests...

Alles in allem war an unserer Unterkunft alles in Ordnung.Sauber,ordentlich,gemütlich! Kritikpunkte haben wir dennoch. 1.Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. 2.Aufgrund der hellhörigkeit und der Tatsache,dass in der Nebenwohnung Handwerker untergebracht waren,welche frühzeitig in den Tag gestartet sind,war unsere Nacht dann auch stets gegen 6Uhr beendet!Wenn man im Urlaub ist,möchte man eventuell auch mal ein Stündchen länger schlafen. Eventuell sollte man die Gäste darauf hinweisen,Zimmer und Haustüren leise zu schließen. Hinzu kommt,dass das Verhalten der Herren unter aller Sau war.Wenn ich im Urlaub bin und mit meiner Familie auf der Terrasse zu Abend esse, möchte ich nicht Rülps- und Furzgeräusche von Nebenan ertragen müssen. ICH MÖCHTE HIERBEI BETONEN,DASS DIE EIGENTÜMER/BETREIBER DER UNTERKUNFT NATÜRLICH HIER KEINE SCHULD TRIFFT!!! Möglicherweise ist soetwas durch entsprechende Zimmerbelegung zu vermeiden. 3.Was jetzt kein Beinbruch war aber wünschenswert in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft gewesen wäre ist, dass das dritte Bett in einem Zimmer steht, welches als Küche, sowie Wohn-und Essbereich dient.
