False advertisement.

The mango chilly 'dip' is poured all over the food, (both meals- separate dishes)Which is also in the SAME box as my partners order. She is SEVERELY allergic to mango. We have spoken to the restaurant and they are arguing with us, saying they won't replace the items in the box despite the allergy factors. I said it isn't legal to mix all the foods, let alone with a sauce that is supposed to be in a separate container, that is now all over someone else’s meal too. They said the tiny pieces of fake grass is to separate the meals. At the end of the day, had the mango chilly 'dip' come in a container, as it was meant to/ and advertised as - then none of the issues would be happening. THAT - and they didn't send us the bottle of soy sauce that cost €3.50. The food should have been replaced or refunded. When you buy separate meals - they come in their own packaging - especially when it is a meal with meat and a separate vegetarian meal. But it is standard practice, that each order has its own packaging. They wouldn’t throw everyone’s Chinese or Italian takeaway into a single container?? Because it’s not supposed to happen at all!!!! And as for their claim, for it all being for environmentally friendly purposes... the box is made of plastic, the grass is plastic with bits of wire in it. The soy sauce comes in Sachets instead of tubs. I've lost money, and €31 is a lot of money to lose for a meal they won't replace or complete. I’ve reported them to Uber eats, and the local food health and safety quality commission. Absolutely disgusting customer service, representation of food, and sadly quality of service all around. If my partner eats anything from that box, she will end up in hospital. I only ordered my dish because it came with a dip - easy option to have the food without having to eat a sauce...

Wir hatten schonmal vor ein paar Jahren bestellt und waren vom Geschmack des Sushis nicht sehr überzeugt. Wir dachten also, dass jeder eine zweite Chance verdient hat. Also nochmal Sushi bestellt und Ramen. Die Soße der Ramen war geschmacklich wie Wasser. Desweiteren war dort ein Gewürz/Kräuter so viel vorhanden, dass die ganzen (sehr geschmacklosen Ramen) am Ende nur danach geschmeckt haben. Die Menge war für den Preis auch nicht angemessen. Ein Lob für das zarte Fleisch und die frischen Zutaten. Das Sushi sah frisch und gut aus. Das Verhältnis der Zutaten stimmt dort auch. Der Geschmack war ganz in Ordnung. Ein Plus gibt es für der Verpackung, die nicht nur aus Plastik, sondern so viel wie möglich aus Papier bestand. Im großen und ganzen: bestellen werden wir dort nicht nochmal. Dafür hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz gestimmt. Der Fahrer war aber pünktlich zur gewünschten Zeit da. Die Website ist leider sehr nervig. Wir haben immer wieder etwas in den Warenkorb gelegt und am Ende war es nicht vorhanden. Die Website sollte wirklich mal ordentlich gemacht werden, da wir damals schon arge Probleme...

Einfach nur noch schlecht!!! Man bestellt ein paar Produkte online für 55,40 Euro, was schon alles andere als günstig ist. Aber das ist nicht der Punkt. Während des Bestellprozess wurde mir mitgeteilt, das meine Lieferung in 40 Minuten eintrifft. Zwischenzeitlich gibt es einen Anruf, dass das Bananen Inside out nicht verfügbar ist. Man bedenke, die Bestellung war bereits per Paypal in Vorkasse bezahlt. Nach 75 Minuten in Summe rufe ich dann doch mal selber an und weiße auf die 40 Minuten hin und bekomme die Aussage, das es noch 25 Minuten dauert. Das macht dann 100 Minuten Wartezeit. Mal ehrlich, in der Vergangenheit habe ich über Fehler wie eine ausgelaufene Suppe, fehlendes Wasabi, fehlende Stäbchen etc. einfach hinweg gesehen und das war mir auch keine negative Bewertung wert. Fehler passieren. Aber heute habt ihr es echt übertrieben. Und dann will mir euer Lieferant noch die selbst bestellten Mochi als Entschädigung für die Wartezeit verkaufen, aber sonst gehts euch gut? So funktioniert das nicht und mit Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung hat das nichts...
