MoMo Roll — Restaurant in Eschborn

Tried fishcake soup and original Ttokboki (with additional fried dumplings and seaweed rolls) as food, plus alcohols.

The food is delicious, to start with as they were delicious following the title of the food, recommending for the Korean snack food with casual styles.

Why only 4 stars per below but those are more for the recommendations to the restaurant, not to complaint at all as the food was delicious. :-)

I wish the food is served hotter, especially when served in a pot. Fishcake was served in normal temp pot (or got colder) so when it was served, the soup was not hot enough, and got colder pretty fast. (I could find some part of the fishcakes was not boiled...)

It is order at front and collect system. If I visit next time, I will surely follow but first time visit, I was sitting on the table waiting for someone to approach. Also, the restaurant uses wireless buzzer to inform customers to collect the food when it is ready. I am grateful that the chef informed me personally but if the system is setup to use buzzer, it's gotta stick to the system.

Since it is self service system, it would be better to guide customers how to pick up utensils and small dishes upfront so that customers can enjoy the restaurant 100%.

Beverage stands are behind customer's pheriperal visions when standing in front of the counter. Maybe it needs to be reconsidered to move closer to the counter side so that the customer can pick up only with swinging to the left side and also easier for the restaurant staff to recommend beverages in case they...

Staff was very friendly. No service on the table. We had the Fried Chicken, which were small pieces of super hard dough and almost not chewable. It had almost no meat inside, just hard fried dough. I absolutely love this place! I had the pleasure of stopping by this establishment for a to go order on my way home and as expected, they did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, great presentation, and excellent customer service. My only complaint is that there aren't more...
