Tim’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Fürth

Five stars, strongly recommended as an excellent entry into the world of fine dining. Modern interior, cool service team and technically perfect meals with unusual but working combinations of tastes and ingredients. Don't hesitate to visit if you can afford - you won't regret.

We went for the 4 course menu and that already gave a flattering picture of the kitchen and the capabilities of the team.

And while I would not think a second if I shall return, there's still a small but... There are always ways to improve a bit and after being in a few fine dining places, I missed The Special Character, which helps me remember.

I ate dishes prepared meticulously and with utmost professionalism out of high quality and expensive ingredients, served on the plate creatively and presented with respect, even partly from Tim himself (so nice surprise and such an amazing person), with a carefully composed wine companion that meaningfully elevated the experience - and except the bonbons at the very end, without the photos (taken for the purpose of this review) it's hard to remember, what did I eat.

It is a personal thing, and reaches far beyond this excellent restaurant, that I expect to be charmed away by the endless play of colors, textures, temperatures and unusual combinations of FLAVOURS in a place like this. I'm sure Tim carefully composed these dishes to meet the expectations of his audience and they work fine in this country, where everything is "mild" and distinctive flavours are hard to find in the everyday life. Most flavours were a bit muted for me: experiencing what was served and how, I am sure that it's a conscious decision, as this staff, this kitchen have all the skills to blow my (and your) mind away, they just simply decided to stay on the safe side.

Don't get me wrong: the taste intensity is my personal thing. We had a flawless and lovely dinner, I regard them among the top restaurants in Fürth nowadays and I would return again without hesitation given the...

Wir haben anlässlich des Geburtstags meines Mannes das Experience-Menü bei Tim’s Kitchen in Fürth gewählt – und es war von Anfang bis Ende ein Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau.

Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und zu unserem Platz begleitet. Wir saßen draußen im wunderschönen Garten – ruhig, grün, atmosphärisch. Die perfekte Kulisse für einen besonderen Abend.

Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell – ein großes Dankeschön an Andreas, der uns den gesamten Abend mit so viel Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz begleitet hat.

Das Menü selbst war ein Erlebnis für alle Sinne. Jeder einzelne Gang war handwerklich so perfekt präsentiert, dass ich mir bildlich vorstellen konnte, wie viel Zeit und Liebe in jedes Gericht geflossen ist. Schon beim Anblick der Teller dachte ich mehrfach: Wie kunstvoll und durchdacht ist das bitte?

Geschmacklich war es schlicht fantastisch: fein abgestimmte Aromen, kreativ kombiniert, ohne je überladen zu wirken. Es war seit langem mal wieder ein Menü, das mich wirklich tief beeindruckt und berührt hat – jeder Gang ein intensives Geschmackserlebnis.

Für mich stimmt hier einfach alles: das Ambiente, die ruhige Gartenszenerie, der aufmerksame Service und die kreative Küche in perfektem Einklang. Vielleicht sehe ich das auch mit einem besonders geschulten Blick, da ich selbst jahrelange Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie habe – aber gerade deshalb kann ich sagen: Tim’s Kitchen gehört für mich zu den besten Fine-Dining-Adressen in Fürth. We had a great experience here.The food was fresh and tasted fantastic which you would expect from such a restaurant. We thought the price was also fair for what you received. I had the best cocktail ever here at tims then at any up scale restaurant I’ve ever been too, including Michelin stars.
