Kabul Taste — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Horrible experience. We ordered via Lieferando and after waiting over an hour, we called the restaurant. They claimed they had called me (not true — I had no missed calls and no number was even provided). Then they said it was because they didn’t have rice, and when we asked to cancel, they refused, saying they would go buy rice and cook it. We repeated that we wanted to cancel, why they would accept an order if they don't have it? Why do we have to wait so long? but they kept refusing and even hung up on us multiple times.

The third call was from another person who was extremely rude and aggressive, blaming us and even giving us a random phone number he claimed he had called. When we insisted on canceling after waiting nearly 2 hours, he flat-out said no and hung up again.

In the end, after almost 3 hours, the app showed the food as ‘delivered,’ but we never got it, we had already gone out to eat elsewhere because we were starving.

Unprofessional, rude, dishonest. One of the worst delivery experiences...

i oder to good to go today , the staff was not friendly. there was a german family there as well to get a to good to go paket , as the staf boy was very friendly to them and try to give them extra food as well. On the other hand i feel like his rasist behaviour with me , i ask him can i have bread please , he said , take from there. then what are you there for . then i ask can i have some snack , he look at me very cheap eyes.

Taste was good but the service behavior...
