Very unfriendly and rude. Don't understand why such people want to have a restaurant if they don't know how to treat customers, especially don't know how to behave with kids. My 2 year old had a flower from outside with which she was playing, and the person just came and grabbed the flower from her hand, telling her not to play with flowers. I let it go, though I didn't understand the rude behavior. Then, within a few minutes again, he walked in and rudely grabbed the fork and knife that the kid was just playing, saying everything was new. Okay, if you do not want that, there is a way to ask anyone to stop it, not just grab from small kid. Or ask the parent. After such shameless and disrespectful behavior, we just canceled our order n left, and not a single restaurant staff were sorry. Never have seen such behavior anywhere, especially with a kid. Very disrespectful and no humanity. Might need training first on how to deal with customers.

My kid had a flower from outside and did not even touch the flower from the vase or the vase. as I had kept it away from the kid's reach. The kid was literally playing with the own flower that was bought from outside. This is why it was shocking to us. The child was perplexed. What do you expect here? ofcourse I had to smile at a child and convey her what happened. Next, you never asked or approached us. I clearly remember there was no communication except for order. You just came and grabbed the fork from kid telling not to damage the table. Should be ashamed to lie. Atleast be honest with what you did. Ofcourse I would have stopped the kid if you were kind with your actions or words. The kid would have given back itself if you asked. But you never approched. There was 0 communication and plain rudeness. With such humilation i was in shock forget laugh i couldnt even smile after that. So please be honest with yourself. I need not learn the parenting from a person who doesnt know the basic humanity. And after cancellation, everyone just sighed and talking to yourelves. Such a shame. I hope such behavior isn't repeated with any other parent/kid. And definitely nothing was kid friendly. I hope you learn what it means. Für den Service gibt es NULL Sterne und das ist schon großzügig. Die Kürbis Suppe war einfach nur Rama Creme orange gefärbt.
Der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe. Der Kellner (der kleine Junge), der anscheinend nichts mit der Gastronomie zu tun hat, wurde mir (dem Gast) gegenüber noch frech und sagte, ich sei respektlos, weil ich dem Service meine konstruktive Kritik übermittelt habe… nachdem ich vier Mal ein Wasser bestellen musste, bis ich eins bekam und nachdem mein Essen vergessen wurde. Ein Teil des Essens wurde gebracht, aber der Hauptbestandteil wurde nicht gebracht. Nach zweimaligen Nachfragen sagte man uns, es sei gleich da, und dann hieß es plötzlich, es wurde doch vergessen. Die Fehler nicht einmal einzusehen und den Kunden nicht wie ein König zu behandeln, hat nichts mit Gastronomie zu tun. Der Koch wurde dann auch noch frech, kam mir sehr nah und sagte, ich sei respektlos. Sie haben nichts im Griff. Wir haben mehrere Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, und wie bereits erwähnt, war der Service eine absolute Katastrophe.
